If you are looking for a rejuvenating experience then you need to visit Vindoux Day Spa. During our stay at Vindoux Guest Farm, I was spoiled with a complimentary pamper session at Vindoux’s Day Spa. It was exactly what I needed to unwind and de-stress.
Owned by Sophie du Toit; it provides the perfect atmosphere for total mental and physical rejuvenation. Located on the premises of the guest farm it offers patrons as well as outside visitors a unique spa experience.
After entering the spa; two friendly therapists greeted me and made sure that I felt welcome. Escorted to the therapy room by Hagar who was my therapist. Beautifully set up with two plinths which allowed for a calming and relaxing atmosphere. Compared to outside; the temperature was nice and toasty.
I had a 30 minute back massage with a firm pressure which was heavenly. Hagar was lovely as her gentle hands massaged my back. She used a blend of fynbos infused essential oils for the treatment. Regularly checking if the pressure was still good. She indicated that I had lots of tight knots and dug deep in to releave the tension. The massage definitely relaxed my muscles. A real healing and rejuvenating experience.
Sophie makes all the fynbos therapy products onsite and the finest natural ingredients. Thelique named after her two children; is her own nail polish range. Purchasing of products can done directly from the spa or reception.
